I have no preference as to which character but one of them is seriously squicked out/repulsed by a common sex act. Could be anything that most people consider 'normal' kissing, blowjobs, a certain position, whatever. He just can't stand it. But still does it because he can't imagine anyone understanding. Until the other realises his secret.
