TW: past abuse of a minor

So, this is going to be a slightly long and involved prompt. Bear with me!

One of the students (I am think Aisha, or one of the other shyer kids) has a crush on Johnny, and one day after class tries to come onto him. Johnny immediately assumes this is acting out / risky behavior because the kid is being abused by another adult. In his awkward, tactless way, he tries to: a) gently turn the kid down, b) let them know that they’re safe, and c) find out who is actually hurting them. Which baffles awkward/crushed kid, who was just trying to live by the “strike first, no fear” method. Over the course of Johnny trying to reassure them, it becomes obvious that Johnny himself was abused by a teacher in high school. And, resultantly, acted in some really self-destructive ways. Whichever kid is horrified, and ends up blurting out the whole thing to either Sam or Miguel, who then tells Daniel.

Daniel is obviously also horrified by this, and tries to talk to Johnny about it. And is confused/weirded out when Johnny is not a total mess about it, but is able to talk about it fairly straightforwardly, and is relieved that the student who came onto him is not a danger. And Johnny is confused/amused at Daniel being baffled. (“Seriously, Larusso? With all my fucked up shit, this is the one you worry about?”) Because Johnny has seen enough creeps to know that creeps are creeps, full stop, and it’s like the only one of his traumas he doesn’t blame himself for.

Bonus points if it was not Kreese, and Johnny is super hurt/offended that Daniel would think he would have let Kreese even set foot in the dojo if he sexually preyed on kids. (Which comes with a whole host of other issues, given the apparent disconnect between Johnny’s understanding of one form of abuse and not the other Very Real forms of abuse he was subjected to by his Sensei and his stepdad.)

Extra bonus if it makes Daniel see Johnny in a different light for how much he’s grown (the way he handled things with the student) rather than for another way he has been victimized.

Oh man, I am praying someone fills this! There are so many little parts to this that I love, but especially the bit about having hurt feelings that Daniel would assume it was Kreese and that Johnny can't quite see Kreese/Sid's abuse for what it was.
