Miagi is away for a few days, leaving Daniel alone. Daniel gets sick, like really sick, high fever and passing out sick. Johnny finds him wandering, confused and frightened and takes him back to his house (his parents being away also.) And puts him to bed.

Johnny takes Daniels illness seriously and knows its necessary to take his temperature/bathe him/medicate him. But he can't deny a part of him is turned on by having little Larusso helpless in his bed and having to gently manhandle him and make him take his medicine.

Daniel is torn between terror at being sick and helpless in Johnnys bed and turned on by same. Maybe he acts up a little just so Johnny has to gently manhandle him.

Timeline-wise, when are you thinking? Just after KK1 or later? (In other words, has KK2 & 3 happened yet, or does it matter?
