I have been thinking about this for a month, but have neither the time or skill or knowledge to get this done: Karate Kid but baseball. Daniel (a catcher) moves to LA while he’s getting scouted by teams, almost ruining his scouting prospects, trained by Miyagi (a former Japanese league catcher), joins school team, but opportunity ruined by Johnny the ace pitcher who prefers a different catcher demoting Daniel to back up. Years later they find themselves on the same minor league team. Need to learn how to work together in order to make it to the majors. And then kissing somewhere.
