I want to write this so badly it hurts. However, I have a couple questions for you because I don’t want to write anything that makes you uncomfortable.

1) I want to write the whole story from Mr. Miyagi’s POV (especially since I do want to practice that); is that alright, or do you want some of it from Daniel’s POV too?

2) I want to write that Daniel had a crush on Terry, but Terry used Daniel’s feelings to cruel advantage (one of the big things I want to say with this story is that it’s not any less rape if you had a crush on the asshole doing it to you) and that’s one of the reasons Daniel hid it for so long. So about a quarter of the comfort would be Mr. Miyagi reassuring Daniel that his attraction to men isn’t anything to be ashamed of, but Terry’s actions are reprehensible. Would that be alright too?

Hi, I'm the person that wrote the prompt! I'm glad you like the idea and want to write it, I'll answer your questions with pleasure!

1) I'm perfectly okay with having the whole story be from Miyagi's POV! Ever since I started reading KK/CK fics I've craving some stories about Daniel and Miyagi (since they have such a great relationship in the films) and especially some fics from Miyagi's POV. I wrote "at least one part of the fic" because I haven't seen many people writing from his POV and I guess it can be pretty intimidating, so I didn't wanna pressure anyone, but if you wanna write the whole story from his POV go ahead, I'd love to read it!

2) Listen, I love everything you wrote! I left the details about the sexual abuse kinda vague because: 1) I didn't want it to be only focus of the fic (like I said, I crave the hurt/comfort with Daniel and Miyagi, the specific details of the way the abuse happened didn't matter much to me) and 2) since I didn't care much about that I wanted whoever chose to write it to have the freedom to do whatever they thought best. What you propose sounds amazing! I think it's pretty realistic, and now that you say it I'd actually love to see Miyagi and Daniel talking openly about Daniel's attraction to men, I think that could be great and really sweet. If you want to write it like that, do it!

I think this is a really interesting prompt and I’m excited to see your take on it!! I love the idea of Daniel feeling especially confused/hurt/etc due to the fact that he had feelings for Silver
