We all noticed how touchy-feely Dutch was with Johnny in the original movie, right? Always slinging an arm over his shoulder or rubbing his neck. He really wasn't shy about it.

So I'm thinking about an established relationship where even though they've been together a while Dutch still can't keep his hands off of Johnny, and Johnny is more than happy to oblige when they're alone. Bottom Johnny preferred!
