I was the one that prompted the 'rape is the one line Terry won't cross' prompt and this is pretty much my headcanon for why Terry takes Kreese raping Johnny so badly: because Kreese saw how badly Terry was affected by his own experience so he sees it as a betrayal that Kreese would do the same.
