The only people that knew Daniel was a vampire were his mother and Mr. Miyagi (and, if in Cobra Kai era, Amanda) and that's how he wanted it. He's learned to manage his condition over the years, always careful to only take how much blood he needs and no more, and make sure that he doesn't turn anyone into a vampire without their consent, so they're not forced into this life like he was when some jackass decided to turn him for kicks.

And then Kreese chokes Johnny too hard and breaks his neck, leaving Daniel's only options being to let Johnny die or turn him.

+ Bonus if Kreese is Johnny's first victim, and, being newly turned and unable to control himself yet, he drains him dead.
++ Double if the first words Daniel says to post-turning Johnny is 'I'm sorry'.

(If CK, he probably intended to tell his children when they turned 18 so Sam didn't know yet)

You may mean homophobia. :-) To add to this. He has a family that is likely Catholic. Maybe quite traditional. IRL a lot of dating abuse between LGBT teens includes threats of outing to family/friends. Bisexual males suffer the highest rate of this form of abuse.

So, canonically, Daniel and Amanda have sex after Daniel has spent considerable time around Johnny, but now that Daniel will be around Johnny all the time, Daniel wants sex all the time, and it's more than Amanda can handle, so she encourages him to take a lover. Because Cobra Kai is built on insane coincidences, Daniel picks a guy who is Johnny's ex-boyfriend, but Johnny's still in the closet and never got over his ex, but was never able to come out.

Angst with a happy ending preferable.

Johnny and Daniel secretly see each other on a regular basis. Johnny feels extremely guilty about the lying and the sneaking around because he and Robby are on good terms now, Amanda is wonderful, the joint-dojo is going great, and life is just really looking up. But he’s also in love with Daniel, and some part of him hopes that one day it will become real and Daniel will love him too, enough to divorce his wife and properly be with him.

But then Daniel is in an accident and forgets everything that happened that led up to them being together more intimately and everything after. Johnny realizes it’s for the best that he doesn’t tell him what they were to each other, even though it breaks his heart.

But he can’t hide forever.

AU where the events of KK1 never happened but Daniel still met Terry Silver.

Twenty year old Johnny is hired to manage the garden/yard for a big house in Encino. The only rules? He should never interact with the homeowner, Daniel LaRusso, and never touch his bonsai trees.

A thirty something Daniel is still suffering from the after effects of the emotional, psychological, and physical abuse he suffered under Silver, and the small fortune he was given to keep him quiet does little to help that suffering.

But then he catches Johnny looking at the bonsai and Daniel finds himself telling him about them and Miyagi-do karate, something he hasn’t done in years. When Johnny asks if he’ll teach him, Daniel agrees, finding that Johnny is teaching him too—about all the things he forgot he used to love about being alive.

Inspired by this absolutely BEAUTIFUL fanart of Daniel wearing Johnny's jacket and was inspired. Love to read a fic where the jacket somehow makes his way onto Daniel, either KK or CK, or both? Like they did something back in KK days and they're re-living the experience in CK.

Super bonus would be having Daniel have the jacket on and NOTHING else.

Johnny does his best, in his own screwed up, scared of intimacy way, to comfort him. Can be just a Lawrusso relationship or Johnny's in some kind of poly/3way with Daniel and Amanda.

After Robby and Shawn’s big fight, the guards decide that the best way to deal with the problem is to force Robby and Shawn to have sex.

He noticed them making calf eyes at each other all the way back at the movie, but initially thought it was just teenage crushes.

So Martin's annoyed when he joins the Cobra Kai cast to find Ralph and Billy still crushing on each other and not doing anything about it.

It's getting distracting. He'll just have to get them together himself.

Bonus if he gets some of the kids in on the matchmaking (cause THEY probably want Ralph and Billy to get their heads out of their asses too).

Double bonus if there's jokes on how Kreese wouldn't approve/this is the opposite of what Kreese would do.
