Post s3. Kreese actually tries to kill Daniel (again) or have him killed, but Terry intervenes and saves Daniel. The set up to this is that in the weeks/months since Terry returned, he and Daniel have been dancing around each other but nothing more. When Silver saves Daniel, it proves to both of them that there is more than just UST between them. Silver takes Daniel home, treats his wounds, and finally dicks him down so good.

+ when Terry is cleaning his wounds, Daniel tries to downplay his injuries by unironically saying "it's blood, so what?" (aka what Silver said to him in TKK3) but as in "so what [is my blood/pain to you]?" because he's uncertain about where they stand

Johnny crosses his legs but can't hold it and he pees himself. He acts angry, says it's Daniel's fault but he's clearly deeply ashamed. Daniel scolds him for making a mess in Daniel's car.
