I've seen a few stories about people rightfully recognizing how attractive Johnny still is (yes), but I wanna see something post the end of S03, with the Cobras noticing Daniel's attractiveness, and the Miyagi-Do kids noticing Johnny's.

Johnny, Daniel, and Amanda have all been sleeping together recently. But Daniel has made it abundantly clear to Johnny that this is just a hook-up, there are no feelings involved, and Johnny shouldn't get attached.

Johnny understands the terms, and doesn't open up to Daniel or Amanda emotionally about anything, he doesn't even tell them about his day in a casual way.

One day, could be in bed, or at the dojo during class, Johnny passes out and has to be taken to the hospital. Turns out, Johnny's had cancer for months (or some other life threatening illness).
